The new year is already on the way and we've already had a wave of events at Redbridge 18 Plus. Friday nights down at the community centre involved great events with quiz Jenga being the favourite. This involves each team answering questions and how many pieces are taken out is determined by whether they answer the question correctly. Its a very exciting game especially when the tower looks as though it will topple over at any moment. Other Friday night events included a National rail based board game, and bumper night, which involves a range of quizzes and games. There will always be something to everyone's liking.

Other events included an afternoon walk around Valentine's Park, seeing the different wildlife, and an evening meal at pizza hut, which was very popular. Everyone says their pizzas were very scrumptious. In addition we had a great weekend away at Hunstanton, meeting up with people from other groups, watching bands and exploring the local areas.
Future events to look forward to are the pool competition in early February, band/music nights at a local pub and days out to various towns or cities in the summer. Also don't forget about our charity quiz in mid-May located at Goodmayes Community Centre.
